Evgeny Levchenko v. Sergey Pryadkin

Georgi Gradev won the CAS case for his client, Mr. Sergey Pryadkin (currently Vice-President of the Football Union of Russia and Chairman of the Russian Football Premier League).

All claims of the accuser, Evgeny Levchenko, were dismissed by the CAS Panel. Consequently, the decision of the RFU Appeal Committee, ruling that there is no conflict of interests in the work of Mr. Pryadkin at RFU, is final.

Levchenko’s legal team unsuccessfully sought to change their initial request for relief (i.e. from “to impose liability on Pryadkin” to “to refer the case back to RFU”) during the hearing at CAS after having realized that they have made a fatal legal error during the proceedings.
